Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy is limited to 3 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased it.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as cushions and other specified products.

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, furniture, or product, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only items purchased at the original price are eligible for a refund.

Shipping Returns

 

You are responsible for returning the item safely, in the same condition in which you collected it. Please ensure secure packaging and transport when returning your item.
